Who is this program for?
This program is designed specifically for physicians holding a titled leadership role within their organization. Medical Directors, Division Directors, Department Chairs, Clinic Directors, Residency & Fellowship Program Directors and Associate Program Directors are welcome to participate.
What is the weekly time investment?
Approximately 3 hours per week — 1 hour to prepare for didactic sessions, 1 hour interactive didactics and 1 hour either for mentoring or coaching. Mentor sessions and coaching sessions are held weekly and the program is designed for you to participate in 6 of each.
Can I get CME?
Yes! CME is available through CMEfy.
